  • Cloudinary: Image hosting and optimization for template screenshots. Images uploaded through our Site are stored on Cloudinary's servers.
  • Resend: Email delivery service for transactional emails (submission confirmations, etc.).
  • Neon (PostgreSQL): Database hosting for template listings, reviews, and user data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Template submissions: Retained for as long as the template is listed on the Site, plus 30 days after removal.
  • Reviews: Retained for as long as the associated template is listed.
  • Analytics data: Retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).
  • Email correspondence: Retained for up to 2 years.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our Site
  • Secure database hosting with encrypted connections
  • Regular security updates to our software dependencies
